Dear APE members
We need action!
The first letters from the government in Madrid have arrived.
All our counter arguments in our letters of last autumn have been invalidated.
We must now, with even more decisiveness represent new and additional counter arguments, in order to impeach the government of declaring their projected borderline legal.
The APE board and our lawyers are drafting new legal documents. We will soon contact you with updated information.

Cegra Internacional, acting in the name of the Concessionaire, is actually sending letters to several owners of house at the canal or owners of moorings, asking to get paid for any open quote for 2008 and 2009 (without justifying any amount, reason, cause or authorisation to show in name of who or why they are acting). At the same time, they are menacing to block the affected moorings in case of non-payment before July 15th 2009..
This payment reclamation appears to be ILEGAL and NOT JUSTIFIED and we've already asked for legal assitance with our lawyers, who are preparing an adequate answer letter.
Please contact us in case you receive any letter and for the moment DON'T PAY !
They are playing with our rigths - we have to defend ourselves!

LITTLE RESUMEE OF DECISIONS OF THE ANNUAL GENERY ASSEMBLY OF APE MEMBERS
During todays Assembly, the following decisions have been taken unanimously:
. Approval of the accounts for 2.008.
. Approval of the Board's administration
. Appointment of new Board members: Doña Ingeborg Hoffmann, Doña Susanne Hoffmann, D. Luis Carrasco, D. Jaume de la Varga, Dr. Ekkehard Schierle and D. Cornelis Hakkens.

ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF APE MEMBERS
According to Articles 11 & 12 of the „Asociación de Propietarios de Empurabrava“ and other legal regulations, we hereby summon all members to the ORDINARY MEETING OF MEMBERS of the ASOCIACIÓN DE PROPIETARIOS DE EMPURIABRAVA, with the following
Agenda:
- Welcome and presentation.-
- Explanation of the accounts for 2008 and approval.-
- Approval of the Board’s administration.-
- Appointment of new Board members, if any.-
- Questions and petitions.-
Place of Meeting:
Hotel Xon’s – Av. Pompeu Fabra, s/n (sector Delta Muga) – Empuriabrava
Date and time of meeting:
Thursday, 9th April 2.009: 1 PM first call; 1.30 PM. Second call
Notes:
- Attached: Account statement as of 31st December, 2008.
- The Meeting will be held in Spanish, without any translation service.
- The Meeting will probably start at 1:30 PM (second call), as 50,0001% of members schould be present in the first call to be vaild.
- If you cannot attend, you may delegate your vote using the note on the footer. Please send it in advance.
- In order to ensure the smooth running of the Meeting, please send your questions and petitions in advance via e-mail to apempuriabrava@yahoo.es, to be received by 6th April at the latest.

URGENT - DERNIERE HEURE - IMPORTANT
Cegra Internacional, en nom du Concessionaire, a commencé à envoyer des lettres à differents propriétaires de maison au canal ou d'amarres, éxigeant le paiement des sommes correspondantes aux années 2.008 et 2.009 (sans justifier la quantité, le motif ou l'autorisation pour la quel ils agissent) menaçant d'enlever le droit d'amarre en cas de non-paiement avant le 15 juillet 2.009.
Cette reclamation de paiement est à notre avis, ILLEGALE et INJUSTIFIÉE et nous avons dejà demandé l'aide et support à nos avocats, qui sont en train de préparer les cartes de réponse.
